Return & Exchange Policy – Forever International Kitchen Equipment LLC
At Forever International Kitchen Equipment LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Returns are accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items received, or if the customer wishes to return for other valid reasons (change of mind, unsuitable product, etc.) provided the item meets return conditions.
Return/Exchange Window
- Requests must be made within 10 days from delivery.
- After this period, returns or exchanges cannot be processed unless covered under warranty (if applicable).
Return/Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team within the return window.
- Provide proof of purchase and relevant details/photos.
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, instructions will be provided for returning the item.
Shipping & Costs
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Processing time: 7–10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.
Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Certain items may be marked non-returnable (e.g., custom orders or clearance products) – this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
